Let’s Make Ourselves a Priority
You know we’re all looking for a bit of peace in this fast-paced, energetically masculine world. A break from our excessive thinking and doing, in a world that rewards overworking, where rest is frowned upon and materialism is our main focus.
What…
No wonder we are all frayed, tired, disconnected, lonely, and feeling like we are just going through the motions.
And sometimes we self-medicate. We are unaware of the coping mechanisms we have in place, but everybody is trying for the same outcome - to get back to our natural state, our soul, our innocence that is buried underneath the weight of the world, of the noise.
I say no more. Let’s make ourselves our priority. Let’s make one shift at a time - for us, for the collective. Let’s normalise coming back to simplicity, which gives others permission to do the same and actually helps shift the collective consciousness.
That’s powerful, and my own life reflects that. The same drive, ambition, and strength I have in other areas of my life, I have focused on myself - even on the days I don’t feel like it.
I make time for myself. I make time to play, to soak in nature, to laugh often, and remember to play, regardless of my age.
My number one mission in life is to hold myself with such fierce love and protection, to foster my inner peace and joy, and then guide as many people as possible on this journey with me.
I’ve created a gentle yin class that’s perfect for slowing everything down and coming back to the moment, back to presence.
In case no one told you today - you are amazing, you are perfectly imperfect, you are part of the tapestry in this expression of life, and I’m so glad you are here.
Sending much love to all.
