Hi, I’m Lisa Aitken – Founder of The Let Go Room.
For over a decade, I’ve been guiding individuals and groups through practices that invite deep connection, release, and inner peace. My passion is helping people feel truly at home in themselves — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — so they can move through life with more ease, clarity, and trust.
With a background in counselling and wellness coaching, I bring a compassionate, trauma-aware approach to every session. Over the years, I’ve taught in local studios, supported corporate clients, and facilitated retreats — always with the same intention: to create a safe, nurturing space where genuine transformation can unfold.
Through The Let Go Room, I offer online personalised meditations, personalised yoga sequences, and in-person 1:1 sessions — each crafted to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward where you want to be. Sessions may weave together somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, nervous system support, and guided meditations created just for you — practices that help you release what’s weighing you down and reconnect with your inner strength and stillness.
