Hi I’m Lisa Aitken – Founder of The Let Go Room
I’m a registered yoga and meditation teacher with Yoga Australia, with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups through practices that foster deep connection, healing, and inner peace. My passion lies in helping people feel more at home in themselves—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
With a background in counseling and wellness coaching, I bring a compassionate, trauma-aware approach to my work. Over the years, I’ve taught in local studios, worked with corporate clients, and helped facilitate retreats, always with the aim of creating space for genuine transformation and connection.
Through The Let Go Room I offer private online yoga sessions including somatic movement, breath work and nervous system support and guided meditations tailored to you. My offerings are designed to support transformation, emotional release, insight, and self-reconnection. You can also explore a growing library of pre-recorded meditations to find what speaks to you. Whether you're navigating health issues, stress, grief, overwhelm, or simply seeking clarity, this is a safe space to slow down, let go, and return to your centre.
