Questioning Our Limiting Beliefs
Let’s question our limiting beliefs.
How did they get there?
Who said they were true?
Those feelings of lack…
Those times when we don’t feel connected, when we feel contracted.
If you look at children, they don’t have limiting beliefs. They are in the present moment, living their best lives without conditioning, without layers, without questioning who they are.
Then somewhere along the way we absorb and start to believe that we have to look a certain way… behave a certain way… be a certain way and slowly we begin to feel less than.
The more aware we become, the more we can start to shift this.
When we bring ourselves back into present moment awareness, something softens.
The thoughts don’t grip as tightly.
We create space and begin to observe and question those beliefs instead of being run by them.
It’s gently peeling back the layers.
Coming back to what’s underneath it all.
Because those beliefs don’t actually live there.
Your natural, beautiful, awakened state lives there.
And that part of you deserves to step forward and be in the driver’s seat of your life.
This doesn’t just happen on its own. It’s something we choose.
The same discipline we bring into other areas of our lives, we can direct that energy toward ourselves.
Toward our growth.
Our happiness.
Our expansion.
Making the time.
Creating the space.
Deciding how we want to show up.
And this is where something as simple as your breath can change everything.
Even a few conscious breaths can soften the mind, create space between you and your thoughts and bring you back into your body. Back into the present moment.
If you feel called, I’ve created a short reset breathwork session to support you in coming back to yourself.
Sending much love and presence to all.
