A gentle, grounding walking meditation created to support nervous system regulation through rhythm, breath, and embodied awareness. This practice is designed to help your body move out of stress and back into balance while walking, using breath-led movement, heart-centred awareness, and full-body presence.
As you walk, you’ll be guided to synchronise your breath with your steps, allowing a natural rhythm to emerge that calms the nervous system and grounds you in the present moment.
